Working draft: this Agreement is based on an attorney working draft and remains subject to final legal review.
End User License Agreement and Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Effective September 2, 2026
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING “I AGREE,” CREATING AN ACCOUNT, PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION, OR ACCESSING OR USING ROVENA, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
This End User License Agreement and Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) is a binding agreement between Naiad LLC, a Montana limited liability company, doing business as Rovena (“Rovena,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity accepting this Agreement (“User,” “you,” or “your”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Rovena website, applications, hosted software, features, content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
If you accept this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not create an account, purchase a subscription, or use the Service.
1. Definitions
1.1 “AI Output”
means drafts, summaries, interview preparation materials, extracted information, recommendations, or other content generated through the Service using artificial intelligence or automated tools.
1.2 “Subscription”
means a paid, recurring plan that provides access to designated Service features during the applicable billing period.
1.3 “Third-Party Services”
means third-party software, artificial intelligence models, search tools, contact-information services, payment processors, hosting providers, email integrations, websites, or other products or services used with or made available through the Service.
1.4 “User Content”
means applications, job information, notes, resume text, documents, prompts, responses, contact details, and other data or content submitted, uploaded, connected, or otherwise provided by or on behalf of User through the Service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and agreed to this Agreement on your behalf. A paid Subscription may be purchased only by an adult who is authorized to use the selected payment method. The Service is not directed to children under thirteen (13).
2.2 Account Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information and keep it updated. You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, or create an account for another person without authority.
2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity occurring through your account. You may not share your account or permit another person to use it. Notify Rovena promptly at naiadllc@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access or use.
3. License Grant
3.1 Limited License
Subject to this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees, Rovena grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right during the Term to access and use the Service and its documentation solely for your lawful personal job search or, if expressly authorized by your plan or an Order Form, your internal business purposes.
3.2 Licensed, Not Sold
The Service is licensed and provided as a hosted service; it is not sold to you. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in this Agreement, Rovena and its licensors reserve all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service.
4. Restrictions and Acceptable Use
You shall not, directly or indirectly, and shall not permit any other person to:
(a) copy, reproduce, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the Service, except for User Content and AI Output as expressly permitted by this Agreement;
(b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or attempt to discover or derive any source code, architecture, models, algorithms, data structures, nonpublic system prompts, orchestration instructions, or communication protocols used by the Service, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly prohibits this restriction;
(c) circumvent, disable, defeat, or interfere with any security feature, usage limit, rate limit, access control, or technical restriction of the Service;
(d) rent, lease, lend, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, timeshare, or make the Service available as a service bureau or for the benefit of an unauthorized third party;
(e) scrape, crawl, harvest, index, systematically extract, or use bots or other automated means to access the Service or obtain data, content, or contact information, except through an interface expressly authorized by Rovena;
(f) use nonpublic elements of the Service, or systematically use Service data or AI Output, to develop, train, improve, benchmark, or market a competing product or service without Rovena's prior written consent;
(g) upload, transmit, or introduce malicious code, harmful content, or material intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or another system;
(h) access or attempt to access another user's account, User Content, or nonpublic information;
(i) use the Service to impersonate, deceive, threaten, stalk, harass, discriminate against, or violate the privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights of any person;
(j) use the Service to send bulk messages, unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or communications that violate applicable law or a recipient's expressed preferences;
(k) use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose; or
(l) submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, passwords, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information that the Service does not specifically request.
A violation of this Section is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
5. User Content, Data Rights, and Feedback
5.1 Ownership of User Content
As between you and Rovena, you retain your ownership rights in User Content. Rovena does not acquire ownership of User Content merely because you submit it through the Service.
5.2 Permission to Process and Improve User Content
You grant Rovena and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, copy, transmit, display, format, analyze, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise process User Content as reasonably necessary to: (a) provide, maintain, secure, support, personalize, and administer the Service; (b) operate features you request and follow your instructions; (c) prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and misuse; (d) conduct analytics, research, testing, quality assurance, and product development; (e) test, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service and its features; (f) comply with applicable law and enforce this Agreement. This license permits processing by authorized Rovena personnel, contractors, and service providers acting for Rovena, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. The license continues for so long as Rovena retains the applicable User Content for these purposes and survives with respect to Aggregated or Deidentified Information and statistics, evaluations, improvements, or other materials that do not reasonably identify you or reproduce your User Content, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
5.3 Your Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions necessary to provide User Content and authorize its processing under this Agreement, and that User Content and your use of it will not violate law or the rights of any person. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of User Content.
5.4 No Sale or Advertising Use
Rovena does not sell the substance of User Content for money and does not use it to target third-party advertisements to you. Rovena may use limited website, device, and usage information for analytics, advertising measurement, and marketing as described in the Privacy Policy. Some privacy laws may treat certain advertising disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing,” and available choices are described in the Privacy Policy.
5.5 Aggregated and Deidentified Information
Rovena may create and use statistical, usage, performance, analytical, aggregated, pseudonymized, or deidentified information derived from use of the Service. Rovena may retain, disclose, and use Aggregated or Deidentified Information for analytics, benchmarking, research, product development, and other lawful business purposes, provided Rovena takes reasonable measures to prevent information maintained as deidentified from being linked to an identified individual and does not attempt to reidentify it.
5.6 Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, evaluations, or other feedback regarding the Service, you grant Rovena a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback for any lawful purpose without restriction or compensation, provided Rovena does not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
6. AI-Assisted Features
6.1 Third-Party Processing
Some features use Third-Party Services to generate AI Output, conduct web searches, or support development and evaluation. When you use those features, relevant User Content, such as job details, notes, resume text, prompts, and interview-preparation responses, may be transmitted to third-party artificial-intelligence, search, hosting, or development providers. Current providers may include Anthropic and other providers identified in the Privacy Policy. Those providers process information under their agreements with Rovena and as described in the Privacy Policy. Rovena's separate use of User Content and AI Output to improve Rovena's own systems is governed by Section 5 and the Privacy Policy. By using an AI-assisted feature, you instruct Rovena to process and transmit the relevant User Content as needed to provide that feature.
6.2 AI Output Requires Review
AI Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, misleading, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable. AI Output may misidentify people or organizations, omit important facts, or present speculation as fact. You must independently review, verify, and edit AI Output before relying on, publishing, or sending it. Any information identified as “worth verifying,” and any information about a specific person, should be treated as unverified unless you independently confirm it.
6.3 You Control Communications and Decisions
Rovena may help draft follow-up emails and other communications, but you choose whether, when, and to whom to send them. Communications are sent from your own account or at your direction. You are solely responsible for their content, accuracy, recipients, timing, and consequences, and for all decisions you make based on AI Output.
6.4 No Professional Advice or Guaranteed Outcome
The Service and AI Output are informational tools only. They do not constitute legal, employment, career, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Rovena does not guarantee interviews, responses, offers, employment, compensation, or any other job-search outcome.
6.5 Rights and Similar Output
Rovena does not claim ownership of AI Output generated specifically from your User Content. To the extent Rovena has any rights in such AI Output, Rovena grants you a non-exclusive right to use it for your lawful personal or authorized internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement and applicable Third-Party Service terms. AI Output may not be unique, and the same or similar output may be generated for other users. Rovena does not warrant that AI Output is protectable, non-infringing, or suitable for exclusive use.
6.6 AI Usage Limits
AI-assisted features may be subject to plan-based or monthly usage limits displayed in the Service. Rovena may reasonably adjust those limits to address cost, capacity, abuse, provider restrictions, or product changes. Current limits will be displayed in the Service or at checkout.
7. Recruiter Lookups and User Communications
7.1 Lookup Feature
The recruiter-lookup feature may use Third-Party Services, including services such as Hunter.io, to locate publicly available or commercially available business contact information based on a company domain or other information you provide. Lookup results may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or associated with the wrong person. Rovena does not verify or guarantee any lookup result.
7.2 Permitted Purpose
You may use lookup information only for genuine, individualized, lawful outreach concerning your own job search or another purpose expressly authorized by Rovena. The feature is not designed or offered for consumer-reporting, background-screening, eligibility, credit, housing, insurance, or employment-decision purposes, and you may not use it for those purposes.
7.3 Communications Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, professional standards, and recipient preferences applicable to your communications, including anti-spam, privacy, harassment, and data-protection requirements. You may not use lookup information for bulk messaging, lead-list creation, resale, scraping, deception, harassment, or repeated outreach after a recipient asks you to stop. Rovena may limit or terminate the feature if it reasonably suspects misuse.
8. Third-Party Services
8.1 Third-Party Providers
The Service may depend on or interoperate with Third-Party Services, including artificial-intelligence providers, web-search services, contact-information providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and email services. Current providers may include Anthropic, Hunter.io, Stripe, and others described in the Privacy Policy or within the Service. Rovena may replace or add providers as the Service evolves.
8.2 Separate Terms and Availability
Your use of a Third-Party Service may be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices. Rovena does not control and is not responsible for a Third-Party Service, its content, availability, security, accuracy, or changes. A provider's action, outage, or change may affect or discontinue a Service feature without liability to Rovena.
8.3 Connected Accounts
If you connect an email or other third-party account, you authorize Rovena to access and use that account only as necessary to provide the requested integration and as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the connected account and complying with its provider's terms.
9. Plans, Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing
9.1 Plans and Prices
Rovena may offer a free plan, paid monthly plans such as Basic and Pro, and optional one-time purchases such as additional interview-preparation sheets. Current prices, features, limits, and billing periods are displayed in the Service and at checkout. Those checkout disclosures are incorporated into this Agreement.
9.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe or another designated payment processor. Rovena does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number, although Rovena may receive transaction information, payment status, card type, expiration date, and partial card information from the processor. You authorize Rovena and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for all amounts due, including applicable taxes.
9.3 Automatic Renewal
BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION, YOU AUTHORIZE ROVENA TO CHARGE THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION FEE AND APPLICABLE TAXES TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD AT THE START OF EACH BILLING PERIOD. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL YOU CANCEL IT.
The price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase. If Rovena offers a free or discounted trial, the specific trial terms shown at enrollment will control, and the Subscription may automatically convert to a paid Subscription unless canceled before the stated deadline.
9.4 Cancellation
You may cancel or change a Subscription through Settings and the billing portal or through another cancellation method stated at checkout. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next recurring charge. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewal charges, and paid access continues through the end of the billing period already paid.
9.5 Refunds
Except as required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable, and Rovena does not provide prorated refunds or credits for a partially used billing period. Rovena may issue a refund or credit in its discretion, but doing so once does not create an obligation to do so again.
9.6 Additional Prep-Sheet Purchases
Additional interview-preparation sheets are one-time purchases, not Subscriptions. Purchased sheets do not expire, but they may be used only while your account remains active and your plan includes the applicable interview-preparation feature. Purchased sheets are non-refundable, non-transferable, have no cash value, and remain subject to the continued availability of the Service.
9.7 Plan Limits and Changes
Free and paid plans may include limits on tracked applications, AI uses, searches, storage, or other features. Rovena may adjust plan features and limits prospectively. Rovena will provide reasonable advance notice of a material price increase or material reduction in the core paid features of an active Subscription, and a price increase will apply no earlier than the next renewal after the notice period stated in that notice.
9.8 Failed Payments and Taxes
You are responsible for applicable sales, use, excise, and similar taxes, excluding taxes on Rovena's net income. If a payment fails or remains overdue, Rovena may retry the charge, limit features, suspend access, or terminate the Subscription. You remain responsible for amounts properly incurred before cancellation or termination.
10. Privacy, Security, and Data Retention
10.1 Privacy Policy
Rovena's Privacy Policy, available at https://rovena.io/privacy, explains how Rovena collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. If this Agreement and the Privacy Policy conflict concerning the handling of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.
10.2 Security
Rovena will use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect User Content. No online service or transmission method is completely secure, and Rovena cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure will never occur. You are responsible for securing your devices, accounts, credentials, and copies of your information.
10.3 Retention, Deletion, and Export
Account deletion, data-retention periods, backup practices, and available export methods are described in the Privacy Policy or within the Service. You should maintain independent copies of important information. After account closure or termination, Rovena may delete or deidentify User Content in accordance with its stated retention practices and applicable law.
11. Service Availability, Modifications, and Beta Features
11.1 Availability
Rovena will use commercially reasonable efforts to operate the Service, but does not promise any specific uptime or service level unless a separate written Order Form or Service Level Agreement expressly provides otherwise. The Service may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, capacity limits, security events, internet failures, or Third-Party Services.
11.2 Changes to the Service
Rovena may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the Service, address security or legal issues, manage costs or capacity, respond to provider changes, or otherwise operate its business. If Rovena permanently discontinues the Service, it will provide reasonable notice and a reasonable opportunity to export available User Content when practicable.
11.3 Beta and Experimental Features
Rovena may offer preview, beta, early-access, or experimental features. Those features may be incomplete, change without notice, and contain errors. They are provided “AS IS,” may be discontinued at any time, and may be subject to additional testing, pilot, confidentiality, or evaluation terms.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 Rovena Property
Rovena and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, source code, object code, architecture, models, algorithms, interfaces, workflows, design, text, graphics, databases, documentation, trademarks, service marks, logos, and all improvements and derivative works, excluding User Content and third-party materials.
12.2 No Implied Rights
No right or license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. You may not use Rovena's names, marks, logos, or branding without prior written permission, except to truthfully identify the Service as permitted by law.
12.3 Third-Party Materials
The Service may include or display third-party software, content, or data governed by separate licenses or terms. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Suspension and Termination
13.1 Term
This Agreement begins when you first accept it or use the Service and continues until terminated in accordance with this Section (the “Term”).
13.2 Termination by You
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may cancel a Subscription as provided in Section 9 and may request account deletion through the method stated in the Privacy Policy or within the Service.
13.3 Suspension or Termination by Rovena
Rovena may suspend, limit, or terminate your access if: (a) you breach this Agreement; (b) payment is overdue; (c) your use creates a security, legal, operational, or reputational risk; (d) Rovena reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity; (e) a Third-Party Service or law requires action; or (f) Rovena discontinues the Service. Rovena may act immediately when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, protect users or systems, or comply with law, and otherwise may provide notice and an opportunity to cure when practicable.
13.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the Service. Termination does not relieve you of amounts accrued before termination. Sections concerning restrictions, ownership, feedback, disclaimers, indemnification, liability, disputes, and any provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
14. Additional Agreements and Business Accounts
A pilot, beta test, business account, enterprise subscription, professional service, data-processing arrangement, or other special engagement may be governed by an Order Form, Pilot Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement, Data Processing Addendum, Service Level Agreement, or other written terms. Those additional terms supplement this Agreement and control to the extent of a direct conflict for the applicable engagement.
15. Disclaimers of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE, AI OUTPUT, LOOKUP INFORMATION, AND ALL RELATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ROVENA AND ITS LICENSORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
ROVENA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE; THAT ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; THAT USER CONTENT WILL NEVER BE LOST; THAT AI OUTPUT OR LOOKUP INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE, CURRENT, UNIQUE, OR NON-INFRINGING; OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL PRODUCE ANY INTERVIEW, RESPONSE, OFFER, EMPLOYMENT, OR OTHER RESULT.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS. TO THE EXTENT A DISCLAIMER IS NOT PERMITTED, THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM SCOPE AND DURATION REQUIRED BY LAW. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT LIMITS NON-WAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS.
16. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rovena, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against third-party claims, demands, actions, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to: (a) User Content; (b) your use or misuse of the Service, AI Output, or lookup information; (c) communications you send or actions you take; (d) your violation of this Agreement or applicable law; or (e) your infringement or violation of another person's rights. Rovena may control the defense and settlement of a covered claim, and you will reasonably cooperate. You may not settle a claim in a manner that admits wrongdoing by or imposes an obligation on Rovena without Rovena's written consent.
17. Limitation of Liability
17.1 Excluded Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROVENA, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR DATA; COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI OUTPUT, LOOKUP INFORMATION, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.
17.2 Liability Cap
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ROVENA AND THE OTHER ROVENA PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00); OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO ROVENA FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
17.3 Non-Waivable Liability
The exclusions and limitations in this Section do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose and reflect the allocation of risk on which the parties relied in entering this Agreement.
18. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any non-waivable right you may have under applicable consumer law, the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service will be the state courts located in Gallatin County, Montana, or, if federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of Montana. Each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
19. Changes to this Agreement
Rovena may revise this Agreement from time to time. Rovena will post the updated Agreement and update the effective date. For a material change, Rovena will provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email, or by another appropriate method before the change takes effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel any Subscription before the next renewal.
20. Miscellaneous
20.1 Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence
This Agreement, the Privacy Policy, checkout disclosures, and any applicable additional written terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rovena concerning the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings on that subject. If terms conflict, an executed Order Form or other specifically negotiated written agreement controls for its subject matter. Except as specifically provided in Section 10.1 for the handling of personal information, the remaining order of precedence is this Agreement, then the Privacy Policy, then general website or checkout materials, unless the applicable document expressly states otherwise.
20.2 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or your account without Rovena's prior written consent. Rovena may assign this Agreement to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of the Service. An attempted assignment in violation of this Section is void.
20.3 Force Majeure
Rovena is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, cyberattacks, governmental action, epidemics, or failures of Third-Party Services.
20.4 Severability and Waiver
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A waiver must be in writing and signed by the waiving party. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
20.5 Electronic Communications and Notices
You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, receipts, notices, and other communications electronically, including by email and through the Service. Notices to you may be sent to the email address associated with your account. You must keep that address current. Notices to Rovena must be sent to the contact information in Section 21 unless this Agreement states another method.
20.6 Export and Sanctions Compliance
You may not access or use the Service in violation of United States export-control, sanctions, or trade laws. You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the Service under applicable law.
20.7 No Third-Party Beneficiaries; Headings
Except for the Rovena parties protected by Sections 16 and 17, this Agreement does not create third-party beneficiary rights. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
